Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the SITE Texas Roadshow! We review and approve all sponsorship forms within 24-48 business hours of submission. Once approved, an invoice will be sent to the primary contact listed on the form.

Note: the second additional sponsor sharing your tabletop space MUST be from your same organization and must be employed with your organization at the time of the event. If they are no longer with your organization, it is your responsibility to replace them with another associate and provide us their contact information. Two different organizations will NOT be allowed to attend and share a booth space.
